Soul Line Dancing J & J Soulful Steps combines fun, good music, and soul line dancing to provide a healthy, alternative, vigorous form of exercise in a safe and spacious environment. We are a come as you are, get down wit it soul line dance group interested in not only getting our groove on but also having a good time while getting in a serious cardiovascular workout. We walk through all steps before cranking up the music, and call out all moves to make it easier to learn. We do old school dances like The Booty Call and Cupid Shuffle...to the latest ones like The Cleveland Shuffle or The Chillin, and teach a new dance each month. Our basic routine goes through about 9 dances, starting off with a 5 minute stretch, 40 minutes of moderate dance, 25 minutes of high intensity, and a cool down of cha cha style dances for the last 20 minutes. Come out and join us. We look forward to seeing you, and promise you will have a great time. We have a diverse group of great people, hot music, and are out to have a great time.
